About Us
Everyone should be safe and supported in their pursuit to build a family.

For decades, people grappling with the heartache of infertility have turned to in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other reproductive care to fulfill their dream of having a baby. However, with reproductive rights now determined by state governments after the reversal of Roe v. Wade (Dobbs v. Jackson), the future of IVF is at risk.

Lawmakers must put families first. Help us defend our dreams, our health and our hopes to build our families.

What’s At Stake
Why Now?

With Roe v. Wade no longer law and reproductive rights in the hands of state lawmakers, new legislation intended to restrict or ban abortion may include language that is unclear or specifically targets in-vitro embryos. As we saw in Alabama, fertility treatments like IVF could become inaccessible, unaffordable, and out of reach for those who need it.

What’s at Stake
Is Your State at Risk?

RESOLVE: The National  Infertility Association, the only patient advocacy group in the U.S. that fights for the rights of people who are struggling to build their families, is on the front lines in state capitals across the country. Review the state legislation map to find out what is happening in your state and if IVF is at imminent risk.
